Commercial HVAC Technician Pay Rate:

up to $50/hour

About the Role We’re hiring Commercial HVAC Technicians with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician looking for

stable, full - time work with the chance to build skills on advanced commercial HVAC systems. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of equipment and environments, from schools and retail facilities to industrial and commercial buildings.

Troubleshooting and repairing, VRF, VAV, central AC, RTUs, chillers, and experience with low voltage controls is helpful. This position has a clear path for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities Perform

troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs

on commercial HVAC systems.

Conduct

preventive maintenance

including inspections, filter changes, and system performance checks.

Support with

system installations and retrofits

Communicate effectively with clients and team members on service needs and recommendations.

Follow all

safety protocols

and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service, maintenance, or installation.

Universal EPA Certification

OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred, not required).

Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints and technical diagrams.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
