Location: Home Instead – Akron & Medina, OH
Pay: $45,000-$55,000 (Full-Time + Benefits)
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruit, screen, hire, and onboard our Care Pros
Manage the applicant pipeline and keep things moving
Run training sessions (new hire, ongoing, annual—you name it)
Keep training materials fresh and effective
Conduct performance check-ins and coaching conversations
Collaborate with the scheduling team to match clients and Care Pros
Jump into the on-call rotation (on-call duties may be paid)

What We’re Looking For
2-3 years of HR and recruiting experience (required)
A true passion for people and helping others grow
Strong communication and time management skills
Able to juggle tasks, solve problems, and stay composed under pressure
Self-motivated, driven, and reliable
Ability to perform pre-employment, background, and drug screening
STNA or healthcare experience is a bonus
