This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador! While being on the open road is exciting, you’ll serve our customers from the road, building strong relationships and ensuring safe, reliable deliveries.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver parts to customers while developing relationships with them.
• Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory.
• Consistently focus on safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers you deliver to.
• Maintain the delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring it is clean and basic maintenance is performed (e.g., correct tire pressure).
• Other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) with use of stool or ladder; stamina to stand, walk entire shift, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process core/part returns appropriately.
• Maintain a distribution log or tracking system for all deliveries and pickups.
• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and people.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License.
