What You’ll Do:
Receive and stock incoming materials in the warehouse
Operate
sit-down forklifts
and
overhead cranes
(training provided)
Use
RF scanners
to locate and verify items
Measure and confirm parts using a
tape measure
and
packing slips
May assist with loading flatbed trucks using overhead cranes
What We’re Looking For:
No forklift experience required – we’ll train you!
Ability to lift up to
75 lbs
Comfortable reading a tape measure
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
Experience in the
metal or steel industry
is a plus
Previous warehouse or material handling experience is helpful but not required
Training & Certification:
Forklift Certification Provided
First 3–4 weeks of training on 1st shift
Must complete 20 hours of seat time before operating independently
Top Skills You’ll Use or Learn:
Forklift & crane operation
RF scanning & inventory control
Material handling & order pulling
Measuring tools & basic blueprint reading

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $16.25/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
