Description

You have a deep sense of ownership and are committed to shipping high-quality, impactful features for millions of users. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity in early-stage feature development and can proactively define paths forward. You build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and are dedicated to a culture of continuous improvement for yourself, your team, and our products.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields

Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience

Strong proficiency in one of C++, Objective-C or Swift languages

Solid understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and power-efficient programming

Preferred Qualifications

Strong presentation skills and ability to explain complex software concepts to health, research, and clinical professionals

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Mobile app development experience (iOS, watchOS, SwiftUI)

Background in digital signal processing (DSP) and time-series analysis, particularly for biometric or inertial sensor data.

Relevant experience within health domains (including work with SaMD or regulatory products)

Proficiency with Python data analysis libraries (matplotlib, pandas, numpy)

Experience with machine learning frameworks and algorithm implementation

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
