Our client is seeking a hands‑on
Staff Software Enterprise Architect
who thrives in building from 0-1 and driving execution, directly contributing production‑level code while shaping our core technical foundation. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to architect, develop, and scale AI‑driven enterprise platform. What you’ll do
Hands‑on system building.
Architect and implement foundational infrastructure and features, actively coding and delivering critical platform components from scratch. Own the enterprise architecture.
Define and execute the technical vision and multi‑year roadmap, ensuring rapid iteration and effective scaling of their AI‑powered enterprise solutions. Design for scale, security, and compliance.
Build cloud‑native, multi‑tenant systems meeting SOC 2 and other regulatory requirements, with a focus on performance, security, and cost‑efficiency. Integrate AI at the core.
Directly collaborate with their team to build and iterate on services that orchestrate and operationalize AI workflows. Establish engineering excellence.
Set and uphold coding standards, architectural patterns, and review processes; mentor engineers, fostering a culture of practical, reliable, and test‑driven development. Cross‑functional collaboration.
Actively partner with product, security, and enterprise customers to translate requirements into actionable system designs and deliverables. What you bring
Hands‑on technical leadership.
7+ years developing, deploying, and scaling mission‑critical SaaS or fintech systems, with demonstrated experience in architecting and coding systems from the ground up. Practical enterprise‑grade execution.
Direct experience implementing complex enterprise features like RBAC, SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM provisioning, audit logging, and multi‑tenant data isolation. Execution‑driven mindset.
You thrive in environments where you are directly responsible for delivering production‑ready solutions and iterating quickly. Familiarity with our toolstack.
Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Express, Node JS, TypeScript and GraphQL is strongly preferred. Passionate builder
who enjoys coding, solving hard problems, and rapidly iterating toward clear goals.
