Salary: $80,000 – $90,000/year + bonus
Atlantic Group is hiring a Fund Finance Associate for our client in Boston, MA. This hybrid position supports fund accounting, financial reporting, and operations for private equity funds and co‑investment vehicles. You will prepare quarterly financials, manage capital activity, and assist with audits while collaborating with compliance and investor relations.
Responsibilities
Reconcile fund bank accounts and prepare quarterly financial statements, capital reports, and Net IRR calculations for private equity funds and co‑investment vehicles.
Compile fund position reports, reconciliations, and work papers to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Coordinate with auditors and tax teams during annual audits and regulatory reporting cycles.
Collaborate with the Portfolio Monitoring team on company reporting, transaction closings, and investment documentation using iLevel.
Prepare responses to investor requests, assist with SEC filings, and manage KYC and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required (CPA preferred).
1–3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in private equity, fund administration, or public accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools, with preferred experience in iLevel, VPM, or comparable fund management software.
Solid understanding of GAAP, partnership accounting, fund structures, and private equity operations.
Analytical, detail‑oriented professional with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
