Senior Data Visualization Analyst

Our Enterprise Insights team leverages analytics, predictive modeling, artificial intelligence, and customer‑centric insights to shape the future of financial services. Key Responsibilities
Act as SME for data visualization and Power BI in the team. Lead end‑to‑end analytics across the enterprise insights team to improve customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. Identify and implement KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive business decision‑making and operational efficiencies. Utilize tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, R, or other analytical software to analyze and interpret data. Apply statistical methods to analyze data and derive meaningful insights. Understand business goals and objectives to align insights strategies and outputs with overall business objectives. Analyze and synthesize data to produce predictive insights, supporting business and channel partners in strategy development. Present data and insights in a visually appealing and easily understandable format leveraging Power BI. Identify, evaluate, and acquire relevant data sources and locations, collaborate with data providers, ensure data quality and security, and maintain infrastructure. Leadership & Collaboration
Co‑build a high‑performing team of data scientists, analysts, and strategists, fostering innovation and continuous learning. Partner with senior executives and cross‑functional teams (Business Line, Marketing, Technology, Product, and Digital) to align data analytics and insights with business objectives. Act as a thought leader, presenting insights to executive leadership and influencing key strategic decisions. Develop strategic plans, define goals, identify target segments, collaborate cross‑functionally, monitor trends, allocate resources, review and adjust plans. Identify and address challenges, develop innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Adapt quickly to changing market conditions, technologies, and customer preferences. Manage administration and general management activities (e.g., transformation, efficiency goals, financial aspects including capital expenditures, billing, contracts, and leadership and talent planning). Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics using Power BI or a related field, with a proven track record in banking, fintech, or financial services. Master's degree preferred in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative fields. Power BI certification preferred. Deep expertise in data visualization and analytics, predictive modeling, Power BI and PowerPoint presentations. Experience with Azure Synapse and Databricks. Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending, payments, and financial services for small to mid‑sized businesses. Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools. Strategic mindset with exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Expert/advanced ability to align people and culture with changes in business strategy, structure, technology, and business processes. Expert knowledge of marketing technology stack and ability to stay updated with technology trends, including statistical concepts and techniques. Expert/advanced ability to effectively plan, execute, and oversee the selection, evaluation, and ongoing management of vendors and agencies. Benefits

Salary range:
$119,765.00 – $140,900.00 (primary location). The actual range may differ based on the location of the role.
