The Law Offices of Samer Habbas and Associates, P.C. is seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney to join their employment division, The Labor Champ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law litigation, with commitment to our clients and a strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Represent clients in court, mediations, depositions, and arbitrations, advocating effectively at each stage
Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar
Minimum 2-4 years of employment law experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Salary commensurate with your experience, base pay plus percentage of fees collected (100k - 250k)
