Role Description The Project Control Specialist will be part of the Project Management team for the Jenbacher Engine business and will have the following responsibilities :

Office support of Project manager for extended scope projects executed by our US entity

Ensure timely implementation of project changes and cost planning measures in close alignment with the Project manager in our ERP system

Translate the extended scope of supply to our ERP system and ensure smooth process execution from request to order till item receiving advised by the Project manager

Attend Team meetings of Subsidiary Project management and ensure alignment on information requirements of the HQ

Support the US Project manager during customer visits in the HQ or at external packager facilities

Support cross functional coordination of technical and commercial project execution in cooperation with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Sourcing

Required Skills & Qualifications

Commercial or IT educational background

One to three years in matrix organization

Ability to act in an interdisciplinary environment connected with relevant diversity of experience

Computer literate

ERP system experience (Oracle is a great plus)

Excellent English (written and oral)

Very good communication skills

Team player and strong reliability

Willingness to travel to Austria (max. 3-4 times per year)
