As the Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for greeting prospects and securing leases. Requirements

At least 3 years of leasing experience (single family or multi‑family).

Computer skills in MS Office suite, Yardi, CRM, Blue Moon, or other similar programs.

Strong leasing, closing, and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an attention to detail.

Must be able to work every Saturday with an alternative day off during the week.

High school diploma or equivalent.

South Carolina Property Manager License a plus.

College courses in business or real estate are a plus.

Active Real Estate Sales Agent License is a plus.

Certified or National Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP formerly NALP) is a plus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Answering and returning all incoming phone calls, emails, and texts from prospective and current residents, keeping a record of all communication.

Greeting prospective residents, showing homes, and securing leases to meet leasing and occupancy goals.

Inspecting move‑outs and market‑ready vacancies daily; inspecting the community to help maintain cleanliness, reporting service needs to service staff.

Completing lease applications and paperwork, and accepting rents and deposits.

Assisting with marketing property and resident satisfaction plans, and social media.

Carrying out administrative duties such as organizing and filing documents, and periodically inventorying office supplies.

Assisting in the preparation of daily and weekly reports, resident communications, move‑out inventory, market surveys, etc.

Performing any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the SFR Community Manager, Assistant SFR Community Manager, or SFR Regional Director.

Work Schedule and License Work Days: Monday – Saturday

Work Hours: M-F 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Sat 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Required License or Certification: Valid South Carolina Driver’s License
