Engineering Project Manager

for our

Syracuse, NY or Hershey, PA

offices. Overview

As our Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary engineering team, coordinating project resources and scheduling needs, and developing and maintaining client relationships. You will be responsible for the production and quality review of various technical documents including studies, reports, drawings, calculations, and technical specifications. Your focus will be on Civil and Environmental Engineering projects with an emphasis on water/wastewater and public infrastructure. You will work closely with the project Principal to evaluate changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a project. You will also closely monitor and report project progress and financial performance. Responsibilities

Manage a multi-disciplinary engineering team and coordinate project resources and scheduling needs. Develop and maintain client relationships. Oversee production and quality review of studies, reports, drawings, calculations, and technical specifications. Focus on Civil and Environmental Engineering projects with emphasis on water/wastewater and public infrastructure. Collaborate with the project Principal to evaluate changes impacting scope, budget, or schedule. Monitor and report project progress and financial performance. Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. A bachelor’s degree in Civil, Water Resources, or Environmental Engineering. Successful completion of the Professional Engineering Exam is preferred. Compensation

The anticipated base pay range of

$90,000 – 110,000 per year

is commensurate with experience. EDR reserves the right to pay outside of the target range based on an individual’s education, credentials, skill level and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity, geographic location, and business needs. About EDR
