About The Construction Estimator Position
The Construction Estimator will accept and evaluate client requests for construction proposals.
Provide detailed and accurate proposals for requested work scope from clients.
Perform construction bidding services and prepare cost estimates for clients.
Arrange and attend project pre-bid site visits and assessments.
Review bid documents.
Manage the proposal process from inception to completion.
Prepare conceptual scope of work drawings for distribution.
Solicit pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
Locate new subcontractors and vendors based on geographical areas.
Update the subcontractor and vendor lists.
Compile and update historical cost data.
