Emergency Medicine – Northern New York Exciting opportunity for a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join a not-for-profit community healthcare system in Northern New York. Position Highlights
Employed position 94-bed community facility Rotate between 3 hospitals, all within 35 minutes of the main ED Minimum of 144 hours/month APP support on every shift and a second physician always on-site J1 & H1B visa sponsorship available (2025 & 2026 start dates) Compensation & Benefits
$300/hour base rate $50,000 sign-on bonus $15,000 relocation assistance $4,800/year loan repayment Full benefits and malpractice coverage Location
Northern New York, population ~30,000 Educational and cultural hub of the region Home to several universities, including Clarkson, SUNY Potsdam, and St. Lawrence Close to Massena and Ogdensburg airports (30 minutes) Easy access to Montreal, Ottawa, and Syracuse Four-season outdoor recreation in the Adirondacks
