Learning Support Assistant
to join a welcoming and inclusive school in
Boston . This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to helping pupils achieve their full potential in a supportive and stimulating environment. Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies. Encourage the development of confidence, independence, and social skills. Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and promoting positive behaviour. Assist with classroom activities and general administrative tasks as required. Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting. Be patient, compassionate, and resilient. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education. Have a genuine passion for supporting learners with special educational needs. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to begin your career in education, we would love to hear from you!
