Design and integrate the Intermediate Representation Interface between front‑end components and the Intel graphics compiler. Design and develop optimization algorithms to improve compiler performance and efficiency. Analyze compiler‑generated code to identify inefficiencies and propose optimizations or hardware enhancements to address performance issues. Collaborate with hardware architects to collect data and evaluate advanced features for future Intel Graphics processors. Required Skills & Experience
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex systems. Problem‑solving ability to develop effective technical solutions. Collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork and external partnerships. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. Attention to detail in designing and developing software tools and algorithms. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts. Innovation mindset: proactive exploration of new ideas and technologies in graphics processing. Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree (MS) in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related STEM field. Minimum 2 years of experience with MS C/C++ programming and compiler development. Preferred Qualifications
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related STEM field. Experience with compiler optimizations, front‑end translation, and back‑end code generation. Familiarity with computer and graphics architecture. Familiarity with GPGPU programming model. Knowledge of LLVM infrastructure is a big plus. Job Type & Work Model
