Task Impetus Inc. is searching for an Industrial Engineer to design production layouts and processes that increase productivity, eliminate waste, and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues. Develop design and production standards in collaboration with management and users. Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses and estimated production costs. Design the layout of facilities and determine personnel requirements. Train staff on new processes and provide instructions and manuals. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering or related field. 2+ years of work experience. Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with statistical analysis, process optimization, and data interpretation. Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools for process modelling. Benefits
