Job Overview As a New Graduate full‑time hire in the Energy Business Unit, you will help us make the connections that move the world forward by focusing on the design, simulation, prototyping, and verification‑validation testing of solar connectors and wiring harnesses, conceiving novel ideas for technologies and products, and partnering with functions across the business to shape the future of our renewable energy portfolio.
Responsibilities
Utilize PTC Creo to create TE Energy connector products using metallic and polymeric materials.
Prototype new concepts and conduct feasibility studies.
Prepare and execute design verification test plans, DFMEAs, PFMEAs, etc.
Be a strong technical partner and provide support to the Product Management and Operations teams.
Qualifications
Have earned a high school diploma or GED.
Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related major from an accredited college or university – or have equivalent work experience (gap‑year students may also be considered).
Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project.
Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $71,300 – $107,000/year (subject to change depending on physical location).
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits.
