Role Overview: To give engineering support to the site and supervise / coach the technician team to meet customer requirements in a cost-effective manner, whilst complying with company Quality systems, regulatory and statutory Health & Safety requirements and Site Safety Policy. To regularly and effectively coach and develop the Technician team to provide continuous improvement of business results and individual/team performance. 提供工程支持并管理和教育技术员队伍，同时遵从公司质量体系、健康安全环境方面的要求，教育并发展技术员队伍。 To upgrade and sustain the current equipment, Providing an effective service for machine life cycle management 通过维护和改善当前设备, 提供有效的服务来保证设备的生命周期管理。 Maintain and improve the machine availability and reliability 维持和提高设备可利用率和稳定性 Lead MUV project and equipment validation 领导费用优化项目和设备验证 As a part of continuous improvement team, come up with engineering proposals and design and get them implemented to improve OEE level of problematic processes(15%) 作为持续改进团队的成员，提出工程解决设计方案并予以实施，以改善问题制程的OEE水平 Train engineering shift crew members with transferred knowledge, support them upon machine troubleshooting when and where needed(5%) 用掌握到的知识和经验培训轮班技术员，若有需要，帮助他们一起解决设备故障 Communicate with oversea machine suppliers and domestic suppliers to ensure what they can deliver can 100% meet SN’s URS and deliver robust processes to Suzhou factory as well(10%) 保持和国内外的设备供应商的交流和沟通，确保他们的设备100%符合公司URS上的各项要求，为苏州工厂提供稳定可靠的生产制程 Lead the IQ/OQF validation process, to ensure the equipment full meet SN’s validation requirement.(15%) 领导设备的IQ/OQF验证，确保设备完全满足公司的验证要求。 Responsible for production equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and improvement, continue to support the equipment performance to meet production request, including reduce waste level, increase material usage, hit the product delivery plan and guarantee engineering expense within budget(15%) 负责生产设备的保养、故障处理和改善，持续支持设备的表现以满足生产的要求，包括降低报废、提高物料利用率、达成产品交付和工程费用在预算控制内 Lead the key technician, to ensure that equipment performance meet KPI target, like machine AV , MTBF, MTTR, Spares inventory ect.(15%) 领导关键技术员，以保证设备表现满足KPI目标要求，如设备的可使用率、MTBF、MTTR、备件库存等 Source and design new process locally, to meet the sustain or resilience requirement.(10%) 新设备的本地化采购与设计，以满足工厂稳定和维持性的需要 Lead and support the productivity project, focus on automation of the production equipment.(5%) 领导和支持生产力项目，关注生产设备的自动化。 Responsible for transferring equipment to Suzhou along with the embedded knowledge and experience to meet the KPIs of each transfer project (5%) 负责转移生产设备到苏州工厂，并确保相应的知识和经验也成功转移到苏州工厂 Work together with UK counter party to design and develop new processes to meet the needs of NPI&NPD programs(5%) 与英国工厂对应团队一起协作，设计和开发出新的生产制程和设备以满足NPI&NPD项目的需要 Competencies
The experience in on-line vision inspection system is preferred A good understanding of Allen Bradley, Siemens or Omron controls system, e.g. PLC, HMI, VFD and servo A good command of computer skill, e.g. AutoCAD, Solidworks and MS Project Good problem solving and hands-on skill in machinery Be able to design 3-D model mechanical assembly drawing Experience
8 years or above on automated equipment maintenance, controls system design and development 5 years or above on automated machine maintenance, mechanical design and assembly, and new equipment research. Familiar with electrical system, pneumatic system and hydraulic system. Medical / pharmaceutical industrial experience and GMP knowledge are preferred Microsoft word , excel and autoCAD proficient Fluent in both oral and written English is necessary Stay connected by joining our Talent Community.
