As a Technical Writer - Junior Level at BI&A, you will be required to: Assist in preparing and maintaining operations documentation, user guides, and technical publications. Gather technical information and prepare written text. Maintain an up‑to‑date internal documentation library. Use multiple word processing and presentation tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Work with developers to produce quality documentation and training materials. Write technical copy for various types of documents for a program or project of similar complexity. Prepare reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences. Coordinate layout and design of documents and work on all phases of documentation. What Makes BI&A Different

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications: Required Education and Years of Experience
At least two (2) years of experience as a Technical Writer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university. Alternatively, two (2) additional years of Technical Writer experience may substitute for an Associate’s degree. Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Ability to understand basic editing concepts and write technical copies for various types of documents for a program or project of similar complexity. Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated experience preparing and maintaining documentation, user guides, manuals, and technical publications. Ability to prepare reports, responses, and briefings for a wide range of audiences. Experience working with developers to produce quality documentation and training materials. Capability to coordinate layout and design of documents and work on all phases of documentation.
