Overview As a Civil Engineer at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you will collaborate with project teams to develop land plans for commercial, institutional, and residential clients. Your role involves designing site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality practices, and utilities for projects such as urban redevelopment sites, industrial sites, and new schools. You will interact with clients, contractors, and government officials, influencing all project phases from conceptual design through regulatory review, bidding, construction, and opening.
Qualifications
B.S. in Civil Engineering (MS preferred);
4-7 years of professional engineering experience;
E.I.T. or F.E. certification; P.E. licensure is a plus;
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D;
Excellent professional communication skills;
Experience with commercial real estate site design.
