Senior Electronics Engineer
to lead the design, firmware development, testing, and integration of advanced sensing and computing systems for military and aerospace applications on our team in Torrance, CA. You’ll play a central role in developing compact, high-performance electronic systems used across air, land, and sea platforms. From architecture to production, you’ll own the process, delivering highly reliable solutions that operate under extreme conditions. Responsibilities
Lead design efforts for complex circuit boards using Altium Designer. Develop firmware in C for PIC microcontrollers (or similar) and/or VHDL for FPGAs/CPLDs. Own projects from system-level requirements analysis through prototyping and production. Collaborate across mechanical, systems, and software teams for end-to-end product integration. Ensure compliance with customer specs and relevant aerospace/defense standards. Create and execute hardware test plans, prototype validation strategies, and transition to manufacturing. Communicate project milestones, design progress, and risk mitigations to stakeholders. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 6+ years of experience in analog/digital circuit design and embedded firmware development. Proficient in C for microcontrollers and/or VHDL/Verilog for programmable logic. Expertise in EDA tools (preferably Altium). Systems-level thinking with experience architecting integrated electronics systems. What You’ll Work On
