Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Corporate Consolidations Senior Manager to lead our global consolidation and financial reporting processes. This high‑impact role will be responsible for managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of multiple entities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP/IFRS, and delivering timely, accurate consolidated financial statements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate strong leadership, and possess deep technical expertise in consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and complex accounting issues.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the global consolidation process for multiple domestic and international entities, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
Oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements and management reports.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and internal accounting policies.
Coordinate with business unit controllers and finance teams to resolve consolidation and reporting issues.
Manage the implementation and optimization of consolidation systems and tools.
Support external audit processes and provide requested documentation.
Analyze complex transactions and provide technical accounting guidance.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Mentor and develop a team of consolidation and reporting professionals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a consolidations or corporate reporting role.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and consolidation accounting.
Experience with large ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS).
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in a multinational or multi‑entity corporate environment.
Strong project management skills and experience with system implementations or upgrades.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
