Role Overview Our Insurance Life & Wealth Business Process Services (BPS) team is seeking a new colleague to support pricing strategy, financial oversight, and deal governance processes. This remote role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate works effectively with leadership, sales, delivery, finance, and legal teams to drive sustainable growth for our business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate costing models for new logo pursuits, renewals, and projects using standardized tools and templates.
Assist teams with competitive pricing aligned to our strategy.
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure financial controls are understood and followed.
Collaborate with account teams to understand actual performance vs sold model and highlight variances to drive awareness and future course correction.
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in pricing, project accounting, and/or financial analysis.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency. GAAP acumen is a must. Insurance and BPS experience preferred.
Experience with various pricing methodologies (T&M, fixed price, etc.) and ability to support leadership reporting/governance materials.
Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
Strong communicator who can work independently across geographies and functions.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA/CPA preferred.
8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role, years of experience in technology, including technical leadership roles.
Strong problem‑solving and project management skills.
Effective communication and team leadership skills.
Proven experience in leading cross‑functional teams.
Demonstrated success in implementing cloud solutions in an enterprise environment.
Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology.
