CT Technologist - Weekend Nights
INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center, Oklahoma’s largest not‑for‑profit health system, is seeking a CT Technologist to work Friday‑Sunday, 6 p‑6:30 a m in Oklahoma City, OK. The position offers increased compensation, a sign‑on bonus of $15,000 for offers accepted by 12/31/25, and an enhanced benefits package, including front‑loaded PTO, 100% short‑term disability, increased retirement match, and paid family leave.
The CT Technologist is responsible for all CT examinations, operating the computed tomography equipment, and performing technical procedures. The role requires adherence to National Patient Safety Goals and compliance with the Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer policy.
Responsibilities
Position and transfer patients in a timely manner while maintaining safety.
Develop film by automatic processing using equipment knowledge.
Perform sterile procedures and assist in equipment calibration and quality control.
Administer radiographic contrast per physician request and departmental policy.
Determine when to consult the radiologist regarding contrast administration.
Complete initial IV set‑up prep for CT Scan, including IV prep, insertion, and positioning with aseptic technique.
Report to the CT Lead Technologist and/or Radiology Manager/Director.
Undergo physical demands assessment and respiratory fit testing as required.
Work in environments with movable tables, film bins, needles, and chemical fumes; handle radiation exposure and potential contact with contagious patients.
Qualifications
ARRT‑CT (Computed Tomography) certification.
BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to work weekend nights and overtime as needed.
Commitment to patient safety and quality imaging.
