We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Strategy & Operations to join the Creator business. This role will shape the strategic direction of the business through data and insights and ensure efficient execution of key initiatives in partnership with cross‑functional teams.

As the Creator General Manager’s right hand, you will act as a strategic advisor, operator, and project manager. You will directly influence strategy and execution for a $100 M+ business, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and senior leadership to drive company priorities. This hybrid role is based in our New York office, 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Support annual and semiannual planning, including revenue forecasts, KPIs, and business reviews

Conduct analyses on churn, retention, pricing, and user growth; translate findings into recommendations on SKU, subscriber, and revenue strategy

Produce investigative and strategic business insights that improve operations and inform decision‑making

Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to guide strategy

Partner with Finance, Legal, and Data teams on forecasting, reporting, and business‑case modeling

Drive cross‑functional initiatives from scoping and planning to execution and measurement, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Finance

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder alignment for strategic initiatives

Organize and run monthly and weekly business reviews, establish key business cadences and rituals, and ensure accountability by tracking progress, anticipating risks, and escalating blockers

Build scalable systems, processes, and reporting to help the business run more effectively

Create and maintain dashboards and frameworks for monitoring performance

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on metrics, reporting, and operating objectives

Act as a thought partner and sounding board to the General Manager on priorities and decisions

Prepare materials for executive leadership and board reviews

Proactively manage information flow to keep the General Manager focused on highest‑impact work

Experience and Background

6+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or a similar analytical role with significant exposure to leading cross‑functional initiatives

Proven experience in strategy work on ambiguous business problems and driving projects that align multiple stakeholders to deliver results

Ability to manage ambiguous problems, work across data tools, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating effectively with stakeholders

Strong analytical skills; comfortable with financial models, dashboards, and turning data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and storytelling skills; can synthesize complexity for executives and cross‑functional teams

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive; thrives in a high‑ownership, builder mindset and creates structure and process where none exists

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)

A deep understanding of the digital music creator landscape (e.g., monetization tools, distribution models, creator economics, competitive platforms) is highly preferred
