Senior Electronics Design Engineer
Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Salary: $140K–$180K base + bonus
CircuitHire is partnered with a fast‑growing company in Los Angeles developing cutting‑edge communications systems for Defense and Avionics applications. Due to continued growth and strong customer demand, they’re expanding their engineering team and seeking a Senior Electronics Design Engineer.
In this role, you’ll work on the full lifecycle hardware design or FPGA‑based electronic systems, including component selection, schematic capture, PCB design, and verification. You'll be a key contributor to both current product development and next‑generation R&D initiatives.
Responsibilities
End‑to‑end design of high‑speed digital and mixed‑signal hardware
Component selection, schematic design, and PCB layout oversight
Signal integrity analysis and design verification
Support for compliance testing and documentation
Collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and QA teams
Requirements
6+ years of hands‑on experience in electronic hardware design
Experience designing with high‑speed digital interfaces
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field
U.S. Citizenship (due to federal contract requirements)
