Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
Experience working with children, preferably in schools
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws
Key Responsibilities
Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans
Provide direct therapy services focusing on speech, language, and communication needs
Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement accommodations & modifications
Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
Provide consultation and resources for parents and caregivers
