Registered with the GPhC with no adverse Fitness to Practice record Masters degree or equivalent in pharmacy Experience

Completion of preregistration training year Experience of leading a pharmacy or a team Experience of using JAC pharmacy computer system Experience of acting as Responsible Pharmacist in a Dispensary Experience of using prescription tracking systems Experience of working in an automated dispensary environment Experience of working in a hospital pharmacy Accredited for locally commissioned enhanced services, e.g. EHC, Minor Ailments, health checks and running extended services Skills and aptitudes

Strong communication skills - must be able to recognize and overcome barriers to understanding e.g. language, deaf, learning difficulties Strong ability to multi -task, prioritise plan and organize Demonstratble commitment to CPD and a member of the GPhC Fluent written and spoken English including good numeracy Clean DBS or able to pass one when required Disclosure and Barring Service Check

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions. £44,485 to £52,521 a yearper annum inclusive of HCAS pro rata
