Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Cardiology
Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr – $150,765.00/yr.

Nurse Practitioner

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in full‑time work, and driven to provide excellent patient care.
2–3 years of Cardiology experience required.
Excellent communication skills, teamwork, autonomy and adaptability.
EPIC EMR is utilized systemwide.

Requirements for Physician Assistants
Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in Colorado.
Physician Assistant Certification (PA‑C) issued by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Unrestricted DEA permit for prescribing.
Eligible to provide services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid.
Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges.
Prescriptive authority per medical staff service privileging process.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
Requirements for Nurse Practitioners
Master’s degree in Nursing and completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Nurse Practitioner certification issued by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB).
Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license from the Colorado Board of Nursing or compact privileges via the multi‑state Nurse Licensure Compact.
Full prescriptive authority.
Unrestricted DEA permit for prescribing.
Eligible to provide services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid.
Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
Exceptional Benefits
Annual pay range: $115,000 – $150,765, dependent on experience.
Annual Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP) up to $10,000.
Relocation bonus up to $10,000 (if eligible).
Paid malpractice.
Continuing medical education (CME) up to $3,500 and up to 5 days annually.
403(b) with employer matching; 457(b) optional.
