About the Role : We have a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and a proven track record of providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities :
Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Draft and review contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents.
Conduct title reviews, due diligence, and resolve zoning or land use issues.
Represent clients in real estate litigation, including boundary disputes, landlord-tenant matters, and foreclosure defense.
Collaborate with brokers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Stay current with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in Texas.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law or related litigation.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with commercial real estate development or financing.
Familiarity with zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.
Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, Clio).
