We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst for the Theatrical International Marketing Finance team. This person will manage the day-to-day operations involved with the Home Office budgets on each film and be the main liason for the operations group. Responsibilities

Prepares home office budgets (mrktng, WWDS, dubbing) Oversees budgets (weekly reviews / analysis, overages, budget loads, reconciliations) Manages home office allocations (preparation, review / analysis, journals) Prepares monthly home office publicist & editor salary journals (emails, file & rate management) Manages the home office dummy account (flows forecasting, clearing, WBSEs) Prepares misc. monthly journals (coord w / various departments, back-up, reconciliation) Prepares and oversees monthly credit card submissions, including reconciliation, coding, Concur processing, and payment coordination Prepare / send, & analyze bi-weekly reporting weekly Handles all aspects of the open PO process — from close-out emails to reporting, closing, and GRs Prepares accruals 2xs / qtr (monitors costs, forecasts, prepares file) Operation's / territory's main point of contact Ad hoc reporting as needed Ad hoc analysis / projects as needed Performs legal agreements checks on POs weekly Systems contact-Superuser (SAP, Graphite, Concur, MRC) Operations main point of contact Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, a focus in Accounting, Finance, or related area preferred Excel knowledge 2-3+ years of relative experience Additional Qualifications
