Description Position Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst/Manager to join the Forensic, Valuation & Litigation Support Group of our 140-person CPA, technology, and business consulting firm. This position offers tremendous career growth opportunities and exposure to a wide range of professional experiences. The most successful candidate will have a passion for learning and growing in all areas of litigation support services, including business valuations, forensic accounting and fraud investigations, expert witness services, lost profit claims, and other civil matters.
Essential Job Functions
Conduct business valuations and forensic analyses for a variety of cases
Trace financial transactions, uncover hidden assets, and identify disguised income
Calculate economic damages and analyze a wide range of financial data to identify key issues
Prepare clear, concise reports for clients, attorneys, and judges
Present findings and break down complex financial matters to non-experts
Effective collaboration with team members
Manage multiple projects with various deadlines
Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in business valuation and forensics
Possess a strong desire to learn
Excellent financial modeling, writing, and analytical skills
Strong project management and teamwork abilities
A passion for business valuation and/or forensic accounting work
Preferred Credentials
CPA credential preferred or substantial progress toward achieving it
Valuation credential(s) a plus (CVA, ABV, ASA)
Forensic credential(s) are a plus (CFE, CFF, MAFF)
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
