As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to leadership by providing high-level financial analysis, modeling, and decision support. Your responsibilities include owning complex budgeting and forecasting processes, leading financial performance reviews, and driving profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy, Reporting, and Analysis

Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reports to executive leadership.

Partner with the CFO and department heads to develop and refine annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long‑term financial plans.

Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to improve financial performance.

Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.

Serve as a financial advisor to cross‑functional leaders, translating financial insights into strategic and operational initiatives.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

Data Analytics, Insight Generation, and Automation

Lead efforts to consolidate and normalize data across multiple systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, internal databases) to ensure reporting consistency and integrity.

Build dynamic dashboards and visualization tools in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics platforms to communicate key financial insights.

Utilize statistical and predictive modeling techniques to forecast financial outcomes and assess business risks.

Identify and implement opportunities to automate recurring financial processes, improving accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with IT and accounting to enhance financial systems, data flow, and reporting capabilities.

Strategic Initiatives and Leadership

Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, including pricing strategies, cost optimization, and capital investment analysis.

Lead ad‑hoc projects and special analyses supporting new business ventures.

Drive process improvements across finance and operations to support scalable growth.

Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering analytical and professional development within the finance team.

Position Requirements Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).

MBA, CPA, or FMVA certification strongly preferred.

Experience

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, strategic finance, or corporate FP&A.

Proven track record in developing complex financial models and supporting executive‑level decision‑making.

Experience in data analytics, automation, and financial systems integration preferred.

Skills And Competencies

Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Macros, PivotTables, and financial modeling) and experience with ERP/BI systems (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI).

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.

Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional collaboration and project management.

High integrity with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
