We are searching for a sharp, CPA‑certified accounting professional ready to transition from the grueling public accounting lifestyle into a strategic, high‑impact technical role in the corporate sector. Base Pay Range $101,750.00/yr – $112,750.00/yr

Role & Responsibilities
Technical Accounting Research & Policy:
Conduct in‑depth research on U.S. GAAP and SEC Interpretive Releases; prepare technical accounting position papers for complex, non‑routine transactions such as acquisitions, debt/equity issuances, and revenue recognition.
Financial Reporting & Disclosure:
Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and public disclosures, ensuring adherence to evolving GAAP and SEC standards.
Process and Controls:
Develop, implement, and maintain internal accounting policies and financial control systems to ensure data integrity and compliance across systems such as Oracle and SAP.
Cross‑Functional Partnership:
Collaborate closely with Technology, Legal, and FP&A teams to ensure consistency in financial reporting and policy adherence.
Required Qualifications (Non‑Negotiables)
Experience:
1–2 years of recent public accounting experience (Audit, Assurance, or Technical Advisory). Maximum 5 years of total accounting experience.
Certification:
Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
Core Skills:
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS; proven ability to conduct independent technical research; exceptional communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts.
Work Ethic:
Proven ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and thrive in a remote, detail‑oriented environment.
