Job Description BryceTech has an immediate opening for an Administrative Professional to support the Space Systems Command MilComm & PNT (SSC/CG) Directorate with a broad range of acquisition capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of space‑related research, development, production, operations and maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activities. The SSC/CG Directorate is responsible for the planning, acquisition, and sustainment of space‑enabled MilComm & PNT capabilities for National/Joint Force Operations. The Administrative Professional will provide the government, customer actionable information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, processes to eliminate waste, standardizing best practices, reducing cycle times/cost of doing business to optimize acquisition support to the SSC/CG directorate.
Qualifications Requirements
Associate degree required in related field
3+ years of demonstrated relevant experience
Knowledge of military structure, terminology, and protocols
Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven experience supporting senior leadership or executive‑level staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Active Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is preferred in related field
5+ years’ experience
Experience with records management in accordance with federal regulations
Proven ability to manage hardware assets and perform basic IT troubleshooting
