Job Overview
Travel CT Technologist – Travel CT Technologist – $2,069 per week
Duration: 13 weeks (with possibility to extend) Start date: ASAP Location: Plano, TX Shift: 12 hours, days – 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.
Evaluating CT scans to determine technical quality.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.
Contract Details
Weekly pay: $1,854 – $2,069 (may include tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals).
13‑week contract with possibility to extend.
36 hours per week, 12‑hour day shifts.
