We are seeking a

Construction MEP / Project Manager 2

to join Sodexo’s construction management team at one of our largest energy accounts in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will serve as the primary project leader for execution teams on assigned projects, effectively communicating project progress, issues, and financial status to management. Sodexo Energy & Resource teams provide comprehensive solutions tailored to diverse locations, from headquarters to offshore rigs, including facilities management, dining, and 24/7 hospitality services. What You Will Do:

Develop project schedules and execute according to plan for assigned projects. Evaluate contractual scope of work and the impact of client-issued bulletins, field directives, and scheduling changes. Actively pursue additional work through change orders, perform cost estimates, prepare proposals, and negotiate final settlement prices and customer acceptance. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, prime contractors, and subcontractors. Attend and lead job progress meetings. What You Bring:

Minimum of 5 years of Construction/Project Management experience, including work in new construction, renovations, infrastructure, and critical environments. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Writer, Visio, Windows, and experience with MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam. OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire. Ability to work effectively in environments with undefined processes and embrace ambiguity. Position Summary:

Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated capital projects, review project proposals, establish work plans, and manage contractors to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget. Key Duties:

Construction management, including scheduling and financial oversight. Quality control and safety management. Project engineering, ensuring designs and specifications meet codes and standards. Sub-contractor management. Administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and customer liaison. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of Construction/Project Management experience. At least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam. OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 120 days.
