GoEngineer is looking for customer-service oriented engineers with Additive Manufacturing experience to join our technical sales team. GoEngineer’s team of application engineers provide pre-sales demonstrations, product training, technical support, and online content to thousands of customers across the US. Your key contributions in this role
Supporting Additive Manufacturing / 3D printer sales team with technical knowledge, application consulting, and product demonstrations Maintaining expert-level understanding of GoEngineer’s line of 3D printing and related solutions Run and Maintain multiple Industrial 3D Printers and 3D Scanners in-person Researching industry trends and competitive technologies Post-sale 3D Printer, 3D Scanner and related software training Travel to GoEngineer’s customer and prospect facilities for pre- and post-sale support Create content (videos, articles, etc.) about Additive Manufacturing and 3D Scanning Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering-related discipline and/or relevant work experience Hands-on, professional experience in additive manufacturing / 3D printing Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS or equivalent 3D CAD software Technical sales and/or support Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Comfort with in-person and online public speaking & presentations Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple customer interactions Independent, confident, self-starting mindset Friendly, helpful attitude Position Hours & Location
This is a full-time position, which can be hybrid (2-3 days in office) or fully in office. Standard business hours. Travel is required to other offices and customer sites, with approximately 30-50% travel Competitive Compensation Includes
