This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Managers of Manufacturing Operations & Assembly to lead teams dedicated to advancing human spaceflight through innovative manufacturing and assembly solutions. In these key roles, you will oversee production and execution of manufacturing operations—including process optimization, work instruction generation, resource allocation, and efficient workflow configuration. You will work collaboratively within integrated product teams and partner closely with engineering, quality, tooling, logistics, supply chain, operations, and project management to deliver high-quality hardware on aggressive timelines. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational and technical acumen, passionate about driving continuous improvement and fostering high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic aerospace environment.
