Role Summary:

The selected candidate will be part of Northrop Grumman’s Avionics Integration organization and will research, design, develop, and test a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including:

Radar and radiation detection equipment

Radio, television, and other communications equipment and systems

Circuitry components

Analog and digital computers

Control and test equipment

Applicants may be hired at either the Associate Engineer Electronics (T01) or Engineer Electronics (T02) level.

Basic Qualifications

Associate Engineer Electronics (T01):

Completing or has completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026.

Majoring in or having majored in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar STEM degree.

Ability to obtain and maintain a final adjudicated government Secret clearance and any required program access within a reasonable period of time.

Engineer Electronics (T02):

Completing or has completed a Master’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026.

Majoring in or having majored in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar STEM degree.

Ability to obtain and maintain a final adjudicated government Secret clearance and any required program access within a reasonable period of time.

Preferred Qualifications

Overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.

Previous internship, co‑op, or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and professional/community extracurricular activities.

Pay Range

Associate Engineer Electronics (T01): $63,900 – $95,900.

Engineer Electronics (T02): $77,200 – $115,800.

Benefits Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and long‑term incentives. Northrop Grumman provides health insurance, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off for vacation and personal business.
