Base pay range:
$97,800.00/yr – $137,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to design, modify, and manage activities of our Financial Crimes suite of products. You will guide the development of our money‑laundering and fraud detection software, staying on top of industry trends and adding features to combat emerging threats. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and external partners to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, modify, and manage Financial Crimes product activities from definition and planning through production and release.
Serve as the central resource for fraud and anti‑money laundering integrations within Jack Henry and with external partners.
Track product adoption statistics and translate customer feedback into enhancement recommendations.
Ensure smooth turnover to implementation or support teams, including planning, training, and hand‑off.
Establish and engage with user communities (e.g., advisory boards, focus groups, customer fact‑finding).
Assist with product vision and roadmap development.
Participate in marketing plan rollouts and campaigns.
Define and coordinate alpha and beta program execution.
Prepare standard and customer demonstration materials.
Promote investigation of new technologies and industry trends in product management.
Ensure products meet specifications and quality goals.
Support less experienced peers as needed.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management or working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial or fintech industry.
Experience with fraud protection/detection solutions.
Nice to Have
Experience working with AI in the development process.
Certifications relevant to fraud protection/detection (e.g., CAMS, CFE, CAFP).
Location This is a remote position. Candidates must live within approximately a 70‑mile radius of our office locations in Birmingham, AL; Lenexa, KS; Monett, MO; Springfield, MO; Charlotte, NC; or Allen, TX.
