Nurse Practitioner – New Haven, CT We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our practice in New Haven, CT. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is experienced in orthopedics/musculoskeletal issues, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well‑respected team of professionals. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an NP and be able to work independently in CT. Our primary office location is in New Haven, but the incoming NP may be asked to provide coverage at our offices in Middletown or Waterbury.

Up to $190k

4-day work week!

Duties

Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)

Order and review tests/labs

Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation

Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises, and various modalities

Manage patient care

Treatments – trigger point and injections under US guidance (training available)

Documentation and progress notes – daily, timely and accurate

Collaboration with the team and senior providers as needed for comprehensive patient care plans

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program

NP license in CT

Minimum of 2+ years’ clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Musculoskeletal management background is preferred

Schedule

Full time (4 or 5‑day work week)

Compensation

$160k‑$190k (DOE) plus potential bonus compensation
