Associate Attorney – Transactional/Corporate
Gray Ice Higdon PLLC is seeking an experienced transactional/corporate associate attorney to join our Business Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and business law, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to assist in the management of complex transactions.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on a wide range of business and corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, strategy, and compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents.
Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business transactions.
Assist clients with general business contract matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating proposed agreement terms.
Provide guidance on intellectual property, employment, and real estate considerations related to business operations.
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and firm staff to deliver exceptional client service.
Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
Qualifications
Active membership in a State Bar.
Relevant experience in transactional or corporate law.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Eagerness to engage directly with client representatives.
