Assistant Vice President, Technology & Customer Solutions Delivery (Hybrid – Austin) We are seeking an accomplished technology leader to drive enterprise-wide solution delivery and digital transformation. This role is responsible for shaping the strategy, execution, and performance of platforms that support critical business operations and customer engagement. You will lead high-performing teams to deliver modern, scalable, and secure solutions that enable both operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences.
As a senior member of the technology leadership team, you will cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Build, develop, and inspire diverse cross-functional engineering and delivery teams. Foster a collaborative culture centered on innovation, agility, and customer focus. Create growth pathways and succession strategies for key technical talent.
Technology Strategy & Delivery Define and implement technology roadmaps for mission-critical platforms. Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration and platform re-architecture. Champion the adoption of AI / ML, automation, and advanced analytics to optimize performance and experience. Make informed decisions on building, purchasing, or configuring solutions to maximize value delivery.
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across multiple functions. Translate operational requirements into secure, scalable, and user-friendly technical solutions. Present technology strategies and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Operational Excellence Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise and customer-facing systems. Implement DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and advanced monitoring frameworks. Establish measurable KPIs to track system health, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Maintain compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
Innovation & Transformation Lead digital transformation efforts to modernize systems and processes. Explore and deploy emerging technologies that enhance business agility and customer outcomes. Accelerate automation and intelligent workflows to streamline operations. Collaborate with product teams to deliver new capabilities and revenue opportunities.
Financial & Resource Management Manage budgets across multiple teams and initiatives. Optimize resources between operational stability and strategic innovation. Build business cases that clearly articulate ROI and measurable business benefits.
Qualifications Required : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of progressive technology leadership with 5+ years managing multiple teams. Proven record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation programs. Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API-first solutions. Hands-on experience with AI / ML deployment in real-world environments. Strong understanding of enterprise systems supporting operations, transactions, and customer service. Exceptional stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills.
Preferred : Background in large-scale, regulated, or complex operating environments. Familiarity with security, compliance, and data governance frameworks. Professional certifications in cloud architecture, program management, or related areas. Experience with vendor management and multi-system integrations. Demonstrated success in driving customer experience and omnichannel service solutions.
