Position Summary Position Summary :
We are seeking experienced and motivated Freight Brokers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, sales, and customer service, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for highly driven professionals.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage customer and carrier relationships.
Prospect and secure new business through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
Negotiate freight rates and contracts with shippers and carriers.
Coordinate freight shipments from pickup to delivery.
Monitor shipments, provide updates, and resolve any service issues.
Maintain accurate records using a Transportation Management System (TMS).
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Knowledge of freight markets, carriers, and supply chain operations.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, TMS platforms).
Compensation
100% commission-based structure.Earnings based on a percentage of gross profit per load.High-income potential with no earnings cap.
