Job Description This hybrid (office and remote) role involves working with multiple Operations Managers to achieve strategic objectives on major accounts. You’ll manage both internal and external-facing responsibilities, further developing managerial and client‑development skills while applying your technical project expertise.

Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation of work plans and organize projects.

Interface directly with the technical project manager and project team to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.

Understand and incorporate client requirements in project management, including commercial contract terms, change‑management processes, and financial performance KPIs.

Use client and AECOM‑prescribed tools to track and manage financial aspects of the projects.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet budgetary objectives, adjusting constraints based on financial analysis.

Apply strong local and/or state regulatory expertise.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of relevant environmental remediation experience, or equivalent education and experience.

US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (sponsorship not provided).

Subject to background and motor‑vehicle records checks.

Preferred Requirements

10+ years of site investigation and remediation experience.

5+ years of project‑management experience.

Professional certification (e.g., Professional Engineer/Geologist, Chartered Engineer/Geologist, PMP).

Superior communication, writing, editing, and reporting skills.

Experience with residential, mine‑related, and other environmental remediation projects.

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Team‑management and staff‑scheduling experience to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Experience preparing proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and change orders.

Additional Information Rate of compensation ranges from $110,000 to $140,000, based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
