Lead Strategic Sourcing

The Opportunity: Sourcing Manager
This high-impact role reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain and will lead a team of sourcing professionals responsible for critical commodities, including steel, aluminum, electrical components, and fabrications. You’ll play a key role in strengthening supply continuity, driving cost leadership, and enhancing supplier performance across North American operations. What You’ll Do
Lead strategic sourcing
for high-value, complex materials supporting the Americas region. Develop multi-tiered sourcing strategies
that mitigate risk, ensure continuity, and leverage global supplier partnerships. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and capacity guarantees
to secure long-term cost and availability advantages. Mentor and develop a team
of 5–6 sourcing professionals, instilling accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Implement standard work and sourcing KPIs
that improve cost, lead time, and supplier quality performance. Drive risk mitigation strategies
addressing tariffs, logistics constraints, and market volatility through supplier diversification and proactive forecasting. What You’ll Bring
Experience:
5+ years in sourcing or procurement leadership, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or engineered product environments. Expertise:
Strong understanding of fabricated metals, electrical components, and mechanical assemblies. Leadership:
Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and manage complex supplier networks. Business Acumen:
Demonstrated results in cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and risk mitigation. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline. Technical Tools:
