Our client is looking for a

Document Control Specialist

to support key power industry projects. In this role, you’ll manage and maintain technical documentation—ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance—while supporting project teams in delivering complex capital projects efficiently and safely. If you’re detail-driven, organized, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale energy infrastructure work. What You’ll Do

Manage controlled documents including drawings, procedures, reports, and records. Process and distribute documents using client document management systems (e.g., ProjectWise, SharePoint). Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution to ensure version control. Maintain master tracking logs and provide regular reporting for project management. Support engineering and design teams by ensuring documentation meets established standards. Help refine and improve document control processes across projects. What You Bring

5+ years of experience

in document management,

ideally within substation, transmission and distribution , or similar project environments. Strong working knowledge of document management systems such as

ProjectWise ,

SharePoint , and

Excel . Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A team player who takes initiative and supports others. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of experience and education). Why Join?
