Position Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager
Location Charlton, MA
Schedule Monday through Friday
Compensation Salary from $85,000 to $115,000 based on experience
Incentives Sign on bonus up to $20,000 and student debt repayment
About the Center At Select Physical Therapy, we take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love.
The Charlton location is about 40% federally funded (Medicare). These patients are approximately 50% total joint (knees, more than hips) with the remainder being geriatric patients spanning balance/fall risk patients and general deconditioned older adults.
The remaining 60% of patients are roughly half youth and half active adults, including a wide range of post‑operative patients (rotator cuffs, ACLs, etc.). Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center has been open and busy since 2013 and has an opportunity to grow relationships with local high schools. Two therapists currently work full time; PSS has been in place for a long time.

Responsibilities
Assume responsibility of the center and uphold executive decisions.
Utilize the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
Participate in industry‑leading continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid State Physical Therapist License required to start.
CPR Certification.
